The house has 7 rooms. Each one is named after one of the old regions of Alava: Vitoria, Laguardia, Zuia, Ayala, Salvatierra, Mendoza and Añana. It can be rented by the room or the whole house, on weekends and bank holiday weekends.
The Apartments
Two apartments, Bilbao and Donosti, each with two double bedrooms, living room-kitchen-dining room and garden with barbecue.

Booking and cancellation conditions. In cases of cancellation with 30 days' notice, 25% of the advance payment of the booking will be charged. In cases of cancellation with less than 30 days' notice, 100% of the total booking may be charged.
Check-in and check-out: Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 12pm. Any other times must be agreed in advance.
Pets. Animals are not allowed.
